Wesam Khalil P.Eng. (Founder)
Mr. Khalil is a Canadian-Egyptian citizen. A professional engineer with knowledge in mining and metals industries as well as many other sectors.
Born in 1974, studied Mechanical and industrial Engineering-Cairo university and graduated 1996. Mr. Khalil built his early business and engineering experience during faculty of engineering time being EIT (Engineer in training) at the Arab contractors Alexandria,Egypt.
In 1996 joined the German Egyptian company (Haminz)as design and production engineer for piston ring and built strong knowledge about Auto industry. Mr. Khalil started steel industry career by a training in Belarus steel works (BMZ) then joined EZZ Steel in different roles including start up, operation, production, management and steel plant optimization.
In 2005 started North America career at RHI-AG as Head of EAF marketing for 8 years and developed the market to an exceptional results in USA and Canada. During that time Mr. Khalil visited and worked with all EAF melt shops where some very interesting projects were implemented and excellent result achieved.
In 2012 accepted an offer from the top mineral processing organization Outotec as Canada head of service centre and developed the team and business as well as positioning Outotec as a full services packages partner to mining companies in Canada. In 2013 led Outotec ferrous segment in North America.
In 2012 started a new chapter of started his own company SGTEX Inc. in Toronto-Canada and business oriented globally. SGTEX Inc. offer wide range partnership for mining and metals groups however all business segments aim for mining and metals groups’ profitability improvement and long term relationships. SGTEX Inc. is working with investment opportunities and investors globally within mining and metals as well.

Aksana has 15+ years of experience in the marketing, business development, sale management, HR and administration.
Aksana's career started by different roles in office and executive management as well as HR in different organizations in Belarus till 2001.
Aksana joined Radex-M Ltd. as sales manager responsible about sales in Russia and Belarus till 2003 when she was promoted to Deputy commercial director for Radex-M Ltd. and in 2005 She was promoted to commercial director.
In 2006 Aksana moved to North America and joined SGTEX Inc. in 2012 responsible for business development and marketing for all four business segments in SGTEX Inc. (Consultation,Technology, Investment, leadership).
